Careers at Trojan Safety

We pride ourselves on having the best trained safety specialists in the oil & gas industry. That means we are very selective about who we hire. Before we even look at your technical qualifications, experience or the training we'd put you through, you have to be able to demonstrate that you share our core values. Our values set us apart and allow us to deliver exceptional safety services in the field.

Our safety specialists are an essential part of any operation on site from drilling rigs, which may be drilling horizontal to capture shale gas, to service rigs and coil tubing, to fracing, plant turn-arounds, and well testing. All team members receive competitive wages based on experience and have the opportunity to apply for our extended benefits package.

As a member of the Trojan Safety team
you can always expect to:

  • Operate modern and reliable vehicles and equipment
  • Have open communication with management of all levels
  • Be part of an ever-growing company with room for vertical development for those who show dedication and leadership.
  • Have a flexible schedule
  • Go through a thorough company orientation and have adequate training prior to working alone
  • Have access to free online training
  • Have an opportunity for further education in safety related fields

All of the safety specialist positions with Trojan Safety have high potential for individuals with "the right stuff" to move into career positions either with the company or through creating professional relationships with others you may meet in your day-to-day work.

Individuals interested in growing with the company have the potential to become Safety Specialists with either a CSO or SSO designation, or could advance in training to become a PCP or ACP with many other opportunities available as well.

Before applying for any positions, please read Patch Life – our story on what it's like working in the oil patch. It's a good reality check so you know what you're getting yourself into.

*All positions at Trojan Safety Services are considered "safety sensitive". As such, all candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
